SWING BRIDGE AT KHIDDERPORE DOCK
The Swing Bridge at Khidderpore dock was damaged owing to a collision with an errant vessel while entering the dock. This vital link of Calcutta (presently Kolkata) port was repaired and restored by BBJ within a very short period.
For repairing, some portion of the corodate structural were removed and replaced. The old bearings were also replaced by new one.
