- Auction Hall on suitable RCC Foundation.
- Reclamation.
- Ancilliary facilities like Drainage and Sewerage, Water Supply, Power and Lighting, Workshop & Fencing.
- Road and Pavements including Boat Repairing yard.
- Revetment.
- Preparation and drawings of all above points mentioned above should be strictly according to the plans and designs contained in the technical report of CICEF and approved by Government of India.
